Terms of service

The short version

• Make films, carousels and posts only for brands you own or are allowed to promote.
• We write from your own site and check every line against it, but you review what you post — and lines you change are yours to keep true.
• What you make is yours. Try it free; a plan lets you keep it. Cancel any time.

Using Reelfox

Reelfox reads a website or app listing you give it and makes marketing films, carousels and posts from it. You need an account to download, save, schedule or post. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.

Only brands you can promote

Before anything is downloaded, saved, shared or posted, you confirm that you own the brand or are allowed to promote it. Please mean it. You may not use Reelfox to:

• pretend to be another person, brand or organisation, or make something that could be taken as theirs;
• make claims you know are false or can't support, or invent reviews, ratings or testimonials;
• ask for or use a customer testimonial without that customer's real consent (our testimonial link records it for you);
• make anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive or harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove a shared film, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules.

What we write, and what you post

The script is written with AI from your own pages, and every line we write is checked against them before it's used. That makes mistakes rare, not impossible: read your film before you post it. Any line you rewrite isn't checked by us, so it's yours to keep true. When you post, you follow each platform's own rules, including any label it asks for on content made with AI or an AI voice. We can't promise views, sales or results.

Your content

You own what you upload and what you make here. You give us permission to store, process and render it — and to send it to the services listed in our privacy policy — only to make and deliver your work, and to post it where you ask. A film you share as a link can be watched by anyone with the link for 30 days, or until you stop sharing it. We don't use your content to advertise anyone else.

Music and voices

Music offered in the studio is for the films and carousels you make here; don't take a track out of a film to use on its own. AI voices read only your film's own lines. If you record your own voice or face, you confirm it's yours to use.

Plans and payment

• Trying is free: 3 new films or carousels to preview, with every look, size and length. Keeping anything needs a plan.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew until you cancel. Pay by card through Stripe — or, if your Shopify store is connected, on your Shopify bill.
• Cancel any time: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and everything you made stays in your Library to download.
• Within 14 days of your first payment, ask and we'll refund it in full.
• If a price changes, we'll tell you before it applies to you.

Connected accounts and stores

When you connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn or a Shopify store, we act only within the permissions you grant and only when you ask — posting the film you chose, or adding it to the product you picked. Each platform's own terms apply to what happens there.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload, copy or get around Reelfox — including its limits, its paywall and other people's data. Automated use beyond what the product offers isn't allowed.

Ending

You can delete your account's data at any time from Settings → Privacy (how). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Responsibility

We work hard to keep Reelfox running and correct, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will never be interrupted or wrong. As far as the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the issue. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
