Deleting your data

If you have an account

1. Sign in and open Settings → Privacy.
2. Optional: Export my data first, to keep a copy of everything.
3. Press Delete everything and confirm.

That deletes, at once: your brands and what we read from your sites, every film, carousel and post with its files, your schedule, saved plans, recordings, customer testimonials, connected social accounts' access, connected Shopify stores, shared film links and the record of how you used the product.

Two things are separate, so nothing is cancelled by surprise: a paid plan (cancel it in Settings → Billing, or on Shopify if you pay there) and your sign-in itself (remove it under Settings → Account, or ask us at support@reelfox.ai).

If you connected TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn

Disconnect the account in Settings → Integrations: the access it gave us is deleted at once, and we can no longer post for you. You can also remove Reelfox from the platform's own settings (on Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites). We keep nothing else from these platforms beyond the account's name and what the platform answered when you posted — both go with Delete everything.

If you connected Klaviyo, Meta Ads or TikTok Ads

Disconnect the tool in Settings → Integrations → Marketing tools: the access it gave us is deleted at once (Klaviyo's is also revoked), and we can no longer send to it or read its results. You can also remove Reelfox from the tool's own settings. What we kept about each send — what went, and the ad results we read for your test packs — goes with Delete everything.

If you connected a Shopify store

Remove the app from your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps). Its access to your store is deleted at once, and when Shopify asks us to erase your store's data (48 hours later), everything else we hold about the store goes too. We never read your customers or orders, so there's none of theirs to delete.

If you recorded a testimonial for a brand

Use the private withdraw link you were given after sending it: your video and voice are deleted at once, and the brand is told. Lost the link? Email support@reelfox.ai with the brand's name and your first name.

If you made a free film without an account

It isn't tied to your name — only to a private code in your browser. To have it deleted, email support@reelfox.ai with the website link you used and roughly when, and we'll remove it. A link you shared from it can be stopped from the same page you shared it on.
